Ich hatte in Luz de Tavira, 200m nördlich der 125 ein Grundstück mit einem Steinhaus mit 2 Schlafzimmern, (das eine wurde in ein Büro umgewandelt) und einem sehr gemütlichen Holzhaus, ebenfalls mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Im Grundstück stehen knapp 60 Orangen-Mandarinen- und Zitronenbäume. Der Garten ist ein alt eingewachsener Garten mit Blumen, 2 kleinen Gemüsegärten und einigen versteckten lauschigen Plätzen zum sitzen mit jeweils einem anderen Blick in den Garten. Obwohl es so central und nahe der 125 liegt, ist es absolut ruhig.

Lisa hat sich sehr viel Zeit genommen um alles anzuschauen und aufzunehmen. Sie hatte sofort erfasst, daß dies ein besonderer Platz ist und sicherlich nicht Jeder die besondere Atmosphäre aufnehmen würde. Sie bezeichnete es als „hidden jewel“.

Die Interessenten, die das Haus angeschaut hatten, waren alle begeistert, allerdings war es eben zu klein. Es gab Interessenten, die keine guten Absichten hatten, Lisa jedoch konnte von Anfang an alle Schwierigkeiten abwenden, da sie sehr vorsichtig und kritisch die Dinge betrachtete.

Eines Tages hatte Lisa Interessenten, von denen sie sagte „die verstehen die Atmosphäre in dem Grundstück, das sind die Richtigen“. Und sie waren es auch.

Die gesamte Abwicklung lief reibungslos ohne irgendwelche Probleme, absolut professionell aber mit dem persönlichen Touch.

Das Beste an dem Verkauf ist, daß wir uns mit den neuen Besitzern angefreundet haben und wir jetzt auf „unserer“ alten Terrasse gemeinsam schöne Stunden verbringen.

Ich möchte mich ganz herzlich bei Lisa bedanken für ihre Vermittlung. Mit ihr zu arbeiten war eine Freude. Sie hat eine besondere Gabe Dinge zu sehen und zu erfühlen, kritisch genug um aufkommende Schwierigkeiten zu erkennen und zu reagieren aber auch die Professionalität alles ruhig und ohne Probleme abzuwickeln.

Ich wünsche Lisa weiterhin so viel Erfolg und kann sie nur bestens empfehlen.

I had a plot of land in Luz de Tavira, 200m north of 125, with a stone house with 2 bedrooms (one was converted into an office) and a very cozy wooden house, also with 2 bedrooms.  There are almost 60 orange, tangerine  and lemon trees on the property.  The garden is an old ingrown garden with flowers, 2 small vegetable gardens and some hidden, secluded places to sit, each with a different view of the garden.  Although it is so central and close to 125, it is absolutely quiet.

Lisa took a lot of time to look at and record everything.  She had immediately realized that this is a special place and certainly not everyone would absorb the special atmosphere.  She referred to it as “hidden jewel”.

The interested parties who had looked at the house were all enthusiastic, but it was just too small.  There were interested parties who did not have good intentions, but Lisa was able to avert all difficulties from the start because she viewed things very carefully and critically.

One day Lisa had interested parties, of whom she said “they understand the atmosphere on the property, they are the right people”.  And they were too.

The entire process went smoothly without any problems, absolutely professional but with a personal touch.

The best thing about the sale is that we have made friends with the new owners and we can now spend wonderful hours together on “our” old terrace.

I would like to thank Lisa very much for her mediation.  Working with her was a pleasure.  She has a special gift to see and feel things, critically enough to recognize and react to emerging difficulties, but also the professionalism to handle everything smooth and without problems.

I wish Lisa so much success for the future and I can only recommend her highly.
