I thought I should send you an email to say how pleased we have been with the service that you gave us during the sale of our apartment.

 As you know we had our apartment on the market for just over nine months with another estate agent before we asked you to market our property with only a few enquiries for it.

 From our initial meeting when we discussed at length the sale process and how much we could achieve for the sale you were very professional

 Immediately we were both very pleased with the number of enquiries we received and were very surprised how quickly you managed to sell our apartment for us and for very close to the asking price, which was still higher than we had previously asked by the other agent.

 Upon agreement being reached for the sale, you then kept us informed of how the sale process was progressing up until the completion of the sale, which was only three weeks after the sale being agreed.

 We are very impressed by you and your company and would have no hesitation in recommending you to any of our friends, and would definitely use you again if and when we decide to sell our Villa in Altura.
