Nothing was too much trouble, despite us wanting to view the property 3 or 4 times and at different times of the day.  Lisa takes particular care to ensure you feel like the only client in the world and we were never rushed into our decision, yet she was always there to answer our odd questions.  Happily for us and because we were based in the UK for most of the process, the services went beyond simply dealing with the purchase and arranging the solicitor and accountant; we were also helped with dealing with a local builder [for a new BBQ, some new kitchen units, ceiling fans and some outside wall rendering,] and even for arranging the installation of new kitchen appliances, aircon units and setting us up with PT so the wifi was connected on Day 1.  For some estate agents, this would be beyond the ‘call of duty’, but not for LWL Properties who make it an easy, seamless and enjoyable process.
