If you are looking for a property to buy in Tavira or the surrounding area then purchasing a property from LwL properties could not be more simple and straight forward. Lisa and Dalia are fantastic in every way in making the purchase go smoothly.
We bought an apartment in Tavira through LwL properties in February but then had to return to England. We were kept informed of developments on a weekly basis and any questions or worries were promptly dealt with and responded to.
In addition, Lisa drove us around Tavira showing us the main areas and attractions and even where the best restaurants were. She put us in contact with a local firm of solicitors who spoke very good English. Lisa also put us in contact with a local furniture company who put together a furniture package and installed it for us. Dalia instructed a media company to set up broadband, wifi, landline and a TV package which was installed for us before we returned in June. She also had the apartment cleaned for us and the locks changed before the furniture was installed.
When we arrived in June we walked into a completely furnished apartment with all amenities working. Brilliant ! No stress at all!!
I cannot speak highly enough of this company. It is really a complete package they offer you and they are extremely helpful in every way.
