Our experience with LWL Properties :

In June 2014, my husband and I decided to sell a house we owned in the south of France and look for a house in Algarve. After visiting 14 houses in 4 days through different realtors, we decided on a charming and completely renovated old farm advertised and presented by LWL properties located in Tavira. It fitted everything we had wished for: spacious and comfortable home, nice pool and view on the hills, half an hour from Faro airport.

Our whole buying experience was just great! We got answers to our many questions. We were explained all kind of details about the house and its amenities, not only during our first visit but during a second one I made a week later. Lisa Lokkerbol organized this second visit with the sellers who explained so many aspects of their daily living in this house and in the area.

The final deed was signed on the 8th of September, and there again Lisa was there to welcome us in our new home and refresh our minds about everything the house has to offer.

It was clear to me that the relationship and the trust built between the sellers and Lisa made it possible for us to feel confident along the whole transaction. The office staff did a perfect job answering quickly any of our mails from Paris.

I have already recommended LWL Properties to friends who are considering buying a house in Algarve. And I do intend to stop by LWL properties in Tavira just to say hello and thank you again!

En juin dernier mon mari et moi avons décidé de vendre notre résidence secondaire dans le sud de la France et d’acheter une maison en Algarve. En 4 jours nous avons visité 14 maisons avec différents agents immobiliers, et eu un vrai coup de cœur pour une ferme centenaire, complètement rénovée, équipée de tout le confort moderne, présentée par LWL Properties, situé à Tavira.

Maison spacieuse, confortable, jolie piscine, vue sur les collines, à moins de 30 minutes de l’aéroport de Faro. Correspondant donc complètement à ce à quoi nous aspirions.Lisa Lokkerbol gérante de LWL Properties, a rendu toute cette expérience agréable et plus que satisfaisante. Non seulement nous a-t-elle permis de découvrir toutes les particularités et installations de cette maison, mais elle nous a aussi renseignés sur beaucoup d’aspects de la vie au Portugal, ce qui était très précieux.

Et ceci dès la première visite. Une seconde visite organisée par elle à notre demande, une semaine plus tard, m’a permis un nouveau contact avec les vendeurs qui à nouveau m’ont expliqué en détails toutes les installations de la maison et leur expérience de vie en Algarve.

L’acte de vente a été signé le 8 septembre et Lisa Lokkerbol là encore était présente pour nous accueillir dans notre nouvelle maison et nous aider à nous approprier les lieux dans la bonne humeur.
