Lwl properties helped us to search and find our dream house in Algarve.

We found the pre-sell process very informative and supportive, we got all the information we needed to take a decision to buy. Most of the process was done over internet (e-mail).

Lisa helped with a name to a property lawyer, and to all other important people you need to talk to when buying abroad.

Personally I think the relationship between Lwl and Ricardo Chaves was extremely helpful for us.

Ricardo helped us with all contacts with Portuguese tax authorities, e.g. Portuguese Financial Number as you need it when you buy in Portugal.

What we really liked was all helped we got after we moved into our house, both Lisa and Ricardo was there to answer all our questions from “do you know a carpenter?” to our registration as Non-habitual residents.

I still pop in to their office to say hello and to have chat with them.

 

LWL hjälpte oss att söka och hitta vårt drömhus i Algarve. Vi tyckte LWL sök/sälj/avsluts processen var mycket informativ och stödjande, vi fick all den information vi behövde för att fatta beslut om att köpa huset, det mesta av processen gjordes via internet.

Lisa rekommenderade några fastighetsadvokater (obligatoriskt enligt lag) och till alla andra viktiga personer som du behöver prata med när man köper hus utomlands.

Personligen tycker jag att relationen mellan LWL och Ricardo Chaves (finansrådgivare tex NHR processen) var oerhört bra för oss, man kunde prata husköp och skattefrågor samtidigt. Ricardo hjälpte oss med alla kontakter med de portugisiska skattemyndigheterna, t.ex. Portugisiska Finans Nummer som du behöver för att köpa hus i Portugal.

Vad vi gillade var all hjälp vi fick när vi flyttade in i vårt hus, både Lisa och Ricardo var där för att svara på alla våra frågor från “kan du rekommendera en snickare?” till var finns det en bra mataffär. Jag slinker fortfarande in på deras kontor för att säga hej och prata med dem.

Vi kan verkligen rekommendera LWL och Ricardo (som är fortfarande vår finansrådgivare) och skulle vi göra en ny fastighetsaffär så skulle vi anlita dom.
